Standard Delivery: We strive to ensure your meat is delivered at peak freshness. Our standard delivery timeframe across the accessible Emirates is within 3 days from the time your order is confirmed.
Delivery Scheduling: You will be notified of your specific delivery slot, which may require confirmation, once your order is prepared for dispatch.
2. Shipping & Packaging
Food Safety and Temperature Control: All meat is securely packaged using insulated containers and food-safe chilling agents (ice packs) to maintain the required temperature (below 4 degree celcius) as per UAE food safety standards.
Delivery Confirmation: Due to the perishable nature of the goods, we strongly recommend that an authorized person be available at the delivery address to receive and immediately store the order.
Unattended Delivery: The Fresh Store is not responsible for spoilage or quality deterioration if the delivery is delayed or left unattended for an extended period after delivery due to customer unavailability.
