Cancellation Window: Customers may cancel an order and receive a full refund only before the order has been dispatched for delivery from our facility.
How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at +971 50 649 0870 or reply to your order confirmation email.
Cancellation After Dispatch: Once the order has been dispatched, it is considered sold and cannot be canceled or refunded, due to the perishable nature of the product.
Due to the perishable nature of our products (fresh meat) and adherence to strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged, clearly incorrect (wrong item), or spoiled upon arrival:
Reporting Issues: You must notify The Fresh Store Customer Service within [Insert Time Frame, e.g., 6 hours] of delivery.
Required Documentation: Please provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged, incorrect, or spoiled item and the packaging.
Refund/Replacement: If the issue is verified by The Fresh Store, we will offer a full refund or arrange for a replacement product to be delivered at the earliest possible time. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.
